OUR TEAM

Richard manages our Northern California Regional Sales Office located in Folsom, California. His duties include the management, training, new business marketing and client retention of the office's sales force and their associated books of business. With over 25 years at Bowermaster in a sales and sales management capacity, Richard also manages his own, sizable client portfolio. In 2001, he took our Wood Products Division from its infancy and, with market innovations like Woodpro, developed it into the largest niche market products group in the agency. Prior to Bowermaster, Richard was with Allstate Insurance and marketed their vast array of personal insurance products. He has earned industry designations as an Accredited Advisor in Insurance ("AAI") and Certified Workers Compensation Advisor ("CWCA").
